Mental Capacity

Course Objective
This course helps those who work in health, social care or children and young people’s settings to the Mental Capacity Act 2005 and how this is applied ion practice. The course also teaches the Best Interest and gives basic understanding of the importance of complying with the mental health Code of Practice when working with individuals who lack capacity.
