Course Objective

This course helps those who work in health, social care or children and young people’s settings to understand the concepts of personal development and reflective practice which are fundamental to adult social care roles.

 

Learning outcomes

At the end of this course, learners must be able to:

  1. Understand how to reflect on their practice in adult social care.

  2. Understand the importance of feedback in improving their own practice.

  3. Understand how a personal development plan can contribute to their own learning and development.
