This course helps those who work in health, social care or children and young people’s settings to have a clear insight into what the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) is all about. The course also teaches when and how to deprive individuals from their liberty under the legal framework.
At the end of this course, learners must be able to:
Understand what makes people fall
Know the implications of Falls
identify potential risks
What can be done to prevent falls
Put knowledge into practice.
